Shipping policy

1. Order's Shipping Costs: Customers will not be credited for any applicable shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.(Except the return that is a result of our error, for example, you received an incorrect or defective item). 
2. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs if the "Delivery to Store" option is chosen. A trackable shipping is recommended to monitor the delivery status.
3. Blue Lemon will cover the shipping costs for exchanging defective or wrongly delivered items if the "Return by delivery to Store" option is chosen.
4. The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided at the time of purchase. Blue Lemon will not be held liable for any issues arising from an incorrect or incomplete address.
